This Privacy Policy explains how ColrPick ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our website at colrpick.com and its color tools. We've tried to keep it plain and honest. In short: the tools themselves run entirely in your browser and don't send your colors anywhere, and the only data collected is the standard, limited information involved in running a website and showing advertising.

The tools run in your browser

Our color picker, HEX/RGB converter, and palette generator perform all their calculations locally on your device using JavaScript. The colors you pick, the codes you type, and the palettes you generate are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. When you close the tab, that data is gone.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we don't collect names or personal details to use the tools. The limited information that may be collected is:

• Contact form data. If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you submit, solely so we can read and reply to it.
• Standard server logs. Like most websites, our host may automatically record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and troubleshooting.
• Analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which tools are used most, in aggregate. This does not identify you personally.

Cookies and advertising
